Program Mechanics:

1. This promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB cardholders in good credit standing.

2. Promo period is from December 1, 2019 to November 30, 2020.

3. Cardholders are entitled to to the following:

• 10% OFF on entire purchase at winery.ph using the promo code “PNB10 + first 6 digits of
   their PNB Card” (e.g. PNB10123456).

• P1,000 OFF for a minimum spend of P3,000, valid for one time use only until February 1,
   2020 using the promo code “PNBWINE + first 6 digits of their PNB Card” (e.g.
   PNBWINE123456).

4. A qualified cardholder shall use his/her PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid card and must follow these steps in order to avail of the promo:

I. Visit www.winery.ph

II. Choose their preferred wine based on type, country, price range, and variety, then click “Add to Cart”.

III. Checkout and then enter their complete contact and shipping information.

IV. Enter the corresponding promo code to avail of the discount.

V. Select mode of payment, choose PayMaya and then click Complete Order. Proceed with the payment via PayMaya and utilize their applicable PNB Card. An email confirmation of the order will be sent via email.

5. The promo is available to all wines except bundles, discounted/clearance items, and Champagnes including the following brands: Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Perignon, Champagne Duval Leroy, Krug, and all other Champagnes.

6. The promo is not applicable on any “Kavino Club packages” (The Kavino Club is a monthly wine subscription service by Winery.ph).

7. Prices exclude shipping fees. Free shipping in Metro Manila on orders above P2,000.

8. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, sale or discounts, privileges, and VIP cards.

9. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cumulative and not convertible to cash.

10. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.

11. The promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Winery.ph and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of PNB cards. In case of dispute related to the promo and subject Terms and Conditions, the decision of Winery.ph and PNB shall be final with DTI consent.

12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
