| Promo Mechanics: 1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB issued credit cards in good credit standing except Corporate Cards. 2. Promo period is from March 25 to May 31, 2015. 3. Participating merchants have the sole discretion on the minimum amount, payment term/s and items applicable for 0% installment offering. 5. 0% interest is subject to bank approval and valid if the monthly bill is paid in full. 6. All 0% installment transactions posted in the Cardholder’s account shall earn Rewards Points/Miles. Points/Miles will be reflected in the SOA upon posting of the monthly amortization. 7. In case of pre-termination, PNB shall impose a 5% pre-termination fee based on the remaining unpaid total installment amount or P500, whichever is higher. The unpaid total installment amount plus the applicable fees will be posted as regular straight transaction. 8. The monthly installment amount shall be posted as a regular transaction on the credit card account and shall form part of the total outstanding balance. Should the cardholder choose to pay only a portion of the total amount due but not less than the minimum amount due, the monthly installment shall be subject to the regular finance charges. 9. Failure to pay any two (2) consecutive minimum amount dues shall constitute default and the total outstanding balance shall immediately become due and demandable. 10. Cardholder acknowledges his/her liability to PNB for the installment purchases and will form part of the cardholder’s obligation to PNB. 11. The terms and conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof. 12. PNB has the final decision in case of dispute with prior approval of DTI. Redemption of Freebies and Discounts: 1. PNB cardholders who wish to avail of the offer may go to merchant partner and present their card prior payment. Cardholder should advise merchant personnel that they will avail the promo and purchase will be on 0% installment. 2. Offers (freebies and discount) are not convertible to cash, points, miles and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. |
