Program Mechanics:

I. Qualification:

1. The program is open to all active PNB Credit/Debit cardholders.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. Booking period is from August 8 to October 15, 2020.

2. Stay period is from August 15 to December 15, 2020.

3. Get 3 days, 2 nights' stay for PHP 6,000.00 only at Astoria Current and/or Astoria Palawan when you use your PNB Credit/Debit Card.

III. How to Avail of Discount:

2. In accordance with the new normal guidelines, we will be implementing a maximum of two (2) guests per room. Also, all guests will be asked to provide copies of their government IDs and file a health declaration form.

3. Only PNB cardholders locally residing in Western Visayas or Palawan can avail of the promo at Astoria Current and Astoria Palawan respectively. This is subject to change depending on the advisory of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.

IV. Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless specified otherwise.

2. Booking period is from August 8 to October 15, 2020.

3. Stay period is from August 15 to December 15, 2020.

4. The participating rooms are as follows: Standard Room for Astoria Current and Superior Room for Astoria Palawan.

5. Extra person charge is PHP 350/PX++ per person (bed sharing) per night, inclusive of extra bed and PHP 500/PX ++ (bed sharing with breakfast).

6. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items

7. Promo offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings or discount privileges of Philippine National Bank, Astoria Hotels and Resorts, and Astoria Vacation and Leisure Club, Inc.

8. Breaking of transactions is not allowed.

9. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.

10. Offer includes room accommodation, hotel taxes, and service charge only. Other expenses incurred will be charged to the guests’ accounts.

11. Extra night(s) is allowed and will be charged to the cardholders’ accounts based on the best available rate and must be paid in full at the time of booking using a Philippine National Bank credit card.

12. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, reservation may be rebooked within six (6) months. This is subject to room availability.

13. In case of any question about any of the provisions of this Promotion, the interpretation of PNB shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI.

14. Full payment is required at the time of booking using a Philippine National Bank credit card.

15. Additional fees shall be charged for requested room upgrades and extra nights.

16. Only one amendment per booking is permitted. Furthermore, it must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show administration charge. A flat rescheduling fee of P1,000 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.

17. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

18. In the purchase of goods and services which are on a promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

19. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
