 Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB Mastercard credit cardholders in good credit standing. PNB Credit Card must be in active status at the time of redemption. Corporate and Distribution Cards are excluded from this promo.

2. Promo will run from March 1 – May 31, 2017.

3. Cardholder will be entitled to the following discounts and freebies from the partner merchant establishment:

4. Qualified transactions are local retail transactions (straight and installment) made during the promo period. Retail transactions pertain to thos

e made for exclusive personal use. Excluded from this promo are transactions from:

  • Service merchants (gasoline stations, supermarkets and drugstores)
  • Utilities (electricity, phone/cellphone, etc.)
  • ATM (cash advances, payments, etc.)
  • Quasi Cash (casino gaming transactions, etc.)
  • Non-merchant installment (balance transfer, convert to cash and transaction conversion)
  • Online or over-the-phone transactions 
  • Foreign transactions
  • Multi-level or Direct Marketing (Healthwealth, First Vita Plus, Natasha, etc.)

5. TRANSACTIONS MUST BE POSTED for redemption.

6. To redeem, cardholder agrees to present or surrender the original copy of the approved charge slip and present his/her PNB credit card used. Cardholder will not be allowed to redeem if the credit card used is not presented.

7. Following are the requirements for the redemption:

a) The approval code must be readable on the charge slip.
b) Transaction date must be within the promo period specified.
c) Amount must be within the minimum required spend.
d) Tampered, unreadable, faded or dilapidated charge slips are not valid for redemption.
e) Redemption may only be made by the owner of the card; Authorized representatives will not be allowed to redeem on behalf of the cardholder.

8. PNB shall not be responsible for the acknowledgment of charge slips that are lost and duplicate copies or charge slips originating from compromised cards, unless replacement cards have been activated.

9. Discount or freebie may be redeemed at participating merchant partners’ outlets.

10. Cardholder may redeem from March 1 – July 31, 2017. Transactions however must still be within the promo period, March 1 – May 31, 2017.

11. Redeemed items are not convertible to cash. The vouchers or gift certificates have no expiry.

12. Splitting of one transaction into several smaller transactions for the purpose of generating multiple charge slips is not allowed. PNB has the exclusive right to determine if a transaction will be considered as split transactions. Instead of obtaining authorization for one transaction in a single merchant, the credit card is swiped multiple times, splitting the amount payable into several transactions, on the same date or over consecutive days. Split transactions apply per account. Supplementary cards will fall under the account of the principal cardholder. Any redemption with the use of these charge slips shall not be honored, regardless of purchased item(s).

13. Maximum redemption of P20,000 worth within the redemption period per cardholder regardless of the number of cards. Supplementary cards will fall under the account of the principal cardholder. The freebies for Tiers 1, 2, 3 are worth P100, P300 and P500, respectively.

14. Cardholder may only redeem one (1) freebie per charge slip.

15. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with another promo or other discounts.

16. Cardholder agrees that the Bank will charge the cost of the redeemed items should the latter find out that the cardholder cancelled the qualifying transaction at a later date or did not comply with the Terms and Conditions as stated above and may result to the disqualification of the cardholder from the Swipe and Be Rewarded program runs.

17. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB. All decisions made by PNB pertaining to the promo, with prior approval by DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

18. This promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions of PNB's Credit Card products.
