Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB Mastercard Credit Cardholders in good credit standing. PNB Credit Card must be in active status at the time of redemption. Corporate and Distribution Cards are excluded from this promo.

2. Promo will run from November 15, 2018 – February 15, 2019.

3. Qualified single-receipt transactions of at least P2,000 entitles the cardholder to any of the following:

    • Gong Cha - Large Milk Tea with Pearl Jelly
    • J.Co Donuts – P100 Gift Certificate
    • Yoshinoya – P100 Gift Certificate


4. Qualified transactions are local retail transactions (straight and installment) made during the promo period. Retail transactions pertain to those made for exclusive personal use. Excluded from this promo are transactions from:

    • Service merchants (gasoline stations, supermarkets and drugstores)
    • Utilities (electricity, phone/cellphone, etc.)
    • ATM (cash advances, payments, etc.)
    • Quasi Cash (casino gaming transactions, etc.)
    • Non-merchant installment (Balance Transfer, Convert-to-Cash and Transaction Conversion)
    • Over-the-phone transactions
    • Foreign transactions
    • Multi-level or Direct Marketing (Healthwealth, First Vita Plus, Natasha, Amway, etc.)

5. TRANSACTIONS MUST BE POSTED for redemption.

6. To redeem, cardholder must present his/her PNB Credit Card to the merchant for validation.

7. Redemption may only be made by the owner of the card. Authorized representatives will not be allowed to redeem on behalf of the cardholder.

8. Redemptions may be made at any participating branch.

9. Cardholder may redeem until April 16, 2019. Transactions however must still be within the promo period: November 15, 2018 to February 15, 2019.

10. Redeemed items are not convertible to cash.

11. Splitting of one transaction into several smaller transactions for the purpose of generating multiple redemptions is not allowed. PNB has the exclusive right to determine if a transaction will be considered as split transactions. Split transactions are those that are made on the same date and under the same merchant. Instead of obtaining authorization for one transaction, the credit card is swiped multiple times, splitting the amount payable into several transactions. Split transactions apply per customer account. Supplementary cards will fall under the account of the principal cardholder. Any redemption with the use of these transactions shall not be honored, regardless of purchased item(s).

12. Maximum redemption of P20,000 worth within the redemption period per cardholder regardless of the number of cards. Supplementary cards will fall under the account of the principal cardholder. Redemption may be made by either the principal or supplementary cardholder.

13. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with another promo.

14. Cardholder agrees that the Bank will charge the cost of the redeemed items should the latter find out that the cardholder cancelled the qualifying transaction at a later date or did not comply with the Terms and Conditions as stated above and may result to the disqualification of the cardholder from the Swipe and Be Rewarded program.

15. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB. All decisions made by PNB pertaining to the promo, with prior approval by DTl, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

16. This promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions of PNB's Credit Card products.
