 Promo Mechanics:

1. Every P3,000 single-receipt straight and installment transaction from The SM Store using a PNB-issued MasterCard credit or debit card entitles a cardholder to one (1) electronic raffle entry.

• Purchase of cellcards, phone cards, SM gift cheques or concert tickets at the Customer Service Counter are not entitled to raffle entry.

2. Promotion period is from April 16 to July 15, 2017

3. Electronic Raffle Draw will be held on July 24, 2017 at 4:00pm at the MCI Office, 4th Floor One E-com Center, Harbor Drive, Mall of Asia Complex Pasay City, in the presence of DTI and SM representative.

4. One Hundred (100) winners will be drawn. Each winner will be awarded tuition free of up to P100,000. Cardholder/Winner may only win once.

5. The SM Store and PNB MasterCard reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the drawn entries (that is, the winner’s transaction must be valid and PNB MasterCard account must be existing and in good standing for the duration of the Raffle Draw and the 60-day redemption period).

6. Prize tax of 20% will be shouldered by SM Store. 

7. Winners will be notified by phone and registered mail on details how to claim the prize.

8. Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize certificate. After the 60-days claiming period, prizes will be forfeited in favor of The SM Store with the prior approval of DTI.

a. Winners can claim the Prize at the branch where she/he won.
b. Winners must present two (2) valid I.D.’s, (valid ID’s are Driver’s License, SSS card, Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN Card, any government ID, Notification Letter and Registered Mail.  
c. Winner should present a valid TIN.
d. Winner should present their PNB MasterCard card used for the winning transaction upon claiming the prize.
e. Tuition Fee Official Receipt for SY 2017-2018
f. School Assessment Form- Philippine based schools only
g. Proof of relation to student:

•  If student is the winner, N/A
• If student is the child of the winner: birth certificate of student
• If student is the sibling of the winner: birth certificate of winner and student
• If student is not winners’ child or sibling; winner can claim up to P50,000 maximum prize only.

h. If a representative is claiming the prize in behalf of the winner, he/she must present an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of winner’s PNB MasterCard card used for the winning transaction and valid identification (Passport, Driver’s License or SSS I.D. of both the winner and his/her representative). The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification and a copy of the winner’s TIN, Notification Letter and Registered Mail.

9. The SM Store will reimburse the basic tuition fee up to P100,000 for one (1) school year only, excluding (but not limited to) the following miscellaneous fees; laboratory, medical, dental, uniform, journals, school ID, educational trips, retreat and others as stated on the school assessment form or official receipt. For Philippine-based schools only.

• Up to P100,000 only for winners who present Tuition Fee documents of their siblings or children. Or if student is winner him/herself.
• Up to P50,000 for winners who present Tuition Free documents of students that are not their child / sibling

10. Reimbursement of tuition fee for school year 2017-2018. All levels are qualified, pre-elementary, elementary, high school, college, Masteral and Doctoral degree.

11. Good for one (1) student only

• Up to P100,000 only for winners who present Tuition Fee documents of their siblings or children. Or if student is winner him/herself.
• Up to P50,000 for winners who present Tuition Free documents of students that are not their child / sibling

12. All Winners must present Tuition Fee Official Receipt with Assessment form

Example: 

• First Semester’s Official Receipt is P50,000.00, SM will cover the Second Semester or the whole year based on the first semester’s Official Receipt, thus winner will get a total of P100,000.00. Documents must prove that student is the winner’s child or sibling; or student is winner him/herself.
• For Trimester, SM will triple the amount based on the first semester, to cover the whole year but up to P100,000.00 only. Documents must prove that student is the winner’s child or sibling; or student is winner him/herself.

13. Reimbursement of tuition fee will go through check payable to the winners.

14. Check payment will be released at least thirty (30) working days from the submission of complete requirements.

15. One-time payment will be given to winner.

16. The SM Store and MasterCard Philippines reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.

17. Employees, Management and Board of Directors of SM Retail, Inc. MasterCard, MCI and its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
