Program Mechanics: I. Qualification 1. The program is open to all active PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid cardholders. II. Promo Period and Discount 1. Promo period is from October 2, 2020 to March 15, 2021. 2. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card: • 20% OFF for a minimum spend of P 6000 on service fee and delivery fee *This is due to pahango only charging for the service fee and delivery fee. III. How to Avail of Discount: 1. Got to our facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/lovepahango/ 2. Message to us the following details: Name, Address, Contact number, Grocery list, and Remarks. 3. Pahango representative will confirm the service request and will send client the terms and conditions of service. 4. If the client agrees with terms of service, the client needs send a copy of valid ID (sensitive information can be covered however face and name should be visible). 5. Pahango will send confirmation message to client. 6. Pahango Shopper will then shop for customer’s items on the scheduled date. They will be informed of the availability of items in the stores and will send them the total bill via text upon completion of list 7. Pahango will now deliver items to client 8. In terms of payment mode, cardholders will select Paymongo and will inform Pahango’s facebook page that they will be using their PNB credit card and they will verify via confirming the first 4 digits of their credit card which PNB can provide. IV. Terms and Conditions 1. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items 2. Promo offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings or discount privileges. 3.Breaking of transactions is not allowed. 4. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 5. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
