Program Mechanics:

I. Qualification:

1. This promo is open to all active PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cardholders.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

 1. Promo period is from February 15 to December 31, 2020.

2. Cardholders are entitled to the following when they use their PNB Card at partner merchant/s:

• 20% OFF for a minimum single-receipt spend of P2,000 on salon services • 10% OFF on salon services below P2,000

• FREE Hair Spa Gift Voucher (valid on next visit) for a min. single-receipt spend of P5,000

• FREE 3-hour parking (including valet) in hotel basement parking 

• Complimentary brewed coffee, hot tea, or iced tea with cookies or chips 

• Complimentary 10-minute back massage for any hair service

III. How to Avail Discount:

1. A qualified cardholder shall use his/her PNB Card and must charge the entire bill to their PNB Card in order to avail of the promo. Cardholder must inform merchant he/she will avail of the PNB Cards promo.

2. Promo discount is not valid for retail products.

IV. Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

2. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

3. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

4. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

5. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
