Promo Mechanics I. Qualification: The promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders. II. Promo Offer and Promo Period: 1. Promo runs from April 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024. 2. PNB Cardholders are entitled to: • 20% OFF on all food orders • 15% OFF for non-alcoholic beverages III. How to Avail Of Discount: 1. Prior reservation is required. Call Spectrum at +632 7795-1840. 2. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB Card in a single receipt transaction. IV. Terms and Conditions: 1. Maximum of 10 persons per card holder. 2. Discount is applied prior to tax. 3. Offers are not convertible to cash. 4. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. 5. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. 6. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 7.
