Cardholders are entitled to the following when they use their PNB Credit/Debit Card: • 30% OFF on all laser services (Revlite for Skin Bright Treatment, Magma Spark Diode Laser Hair Removal, Exilis Elite Face Tightening and Lifting, Exilis Elite Body Contouring & Tightening, Oxylight Facial, Emerge Fractional Laser) • 10% OFF on Doctor’s Procedure (Botox, Fillers, PRP) 4. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card. Cardholder must inform merchant he/she will avail of the PNB Cards promo. Standard service charge shall apply. 5. Offer is not convertible to cash. 6. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant. 7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher. 8.
