Promo Mechanics:
1. The promo is open to all active Principal and Supplementary PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid cardholders.
2. Promo runs from December 1, 2019 – May 31, 2020.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following when they use their PNB Card:

• 30% OFF on Venus Legacy
• 20% OFF on Oxygen Mist Relaxing AHA Facial
• 20% OFF on Luxurious Facial Reflex Massage (AGAS)
• 15% OFF on Laser Whitening Treatment (Revlite Laser Pulse – Full Face, Neck, Underarm, Elbows, Knees, Inner Thigh, Brazilian, Lower Butt Area, Upper Back Scar Pigmentations, Lower Back Scar Pigmentations)

4. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card. Cardholder must inform merchant he/she will avail of the PNB Cards promo. Standard service charge shall apply.
5. Offer is not convertible to cash.
6. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
8. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
