4. A qualified cardholder shall use his/her PNB Credit/Debit card and must charge the entire bill to their PNB Credit/Debit card in order to avail of the promo.
5. Promo is valid on weekdays only from Monday-Friday, excluding all legal and special holidays.
6. Prior reservation is strictly required. Intent to avail of the promo must be mentioned upon reservation. Cardholders may call 650 7189 / 0947 707 0228 for reservations.
7. Cardholder must present his/her valid PNB Credit/Debit card before ordering.
8. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items.
9. Promo discount only applies to the PNB Set Menus; other additional orders will be charged at full price.
10. Prices are subject to 10% service charge based on the original menu price.
11. Offer is for dine-in transactions only.
12. Maximum of one (1) transaction per day, and maximum of five (5) transactions during the entire promo period will be eligible for the 50% discount.
13. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
14. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
15. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
