Promo Mechanics:
1. This promo is open to all active PNB-issued credit cards in good credit standing excluding Unionpay, Corporate and Distribution cards.
2. Promo period is from January 21 - March 15, 2016.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their PNB credit cards at www.shopback.ph/pnb:
• P150 bonus upon sign-up and
• Additional P100 bonus on first valid purchase
4. To qualify for the sign-up bonus, cardholders must log-on to www.shopback.ph/pnb and register their email address and first 6 digits of their PNB Credit Card Number. An email confirmation will be sent to the cardholder's registered email address.
5. Once registration is complete, cardholder may now start shopping at Shopback's partner merchants via www.shopback.ph/pnb by clicking any of the merchant icons (e.g. Lazada, Zalora, Agoda etc). The Terms and conditions may vary per merchant; hence, cardholders must read through the T&Cs before proceeding.
How to Use Shopback:
a. Log-on to www.shopback.ph/pnb
b. Sign up for a FREE Shopback account and receive P150 bonus by registering your
name, email address and 6-digit PNB Credit Card Number.
c. An email confirmation of your registration will then be sent to your registered email
address.
d. Once registered, complete your ShopBack Profile and nominate a bank or Paypal
account for the crediting of Cash Backs. Earn additional P100 bonus on your first
valid purchase and Cash Backs on your succeeding purchase/s.
e. Choose any of the partner store icons (e.g. Agoda, Zalora, Lazada and more)
in www.shopback.ph/pnb then click the “SHOP NOW” button.
• Do not use coupon sites or coupons not shown on Shopback.
• Ensure that you will complete the purchase within the same window.
• Ensure that you buy on the same device you clicked through.
• Ensure that you enable cookies in your device.
f. Start shopping at your chosen online store (log-in/sign-up) and pay using your PNB
Credit Card.
g. To check your Cash Back, log on to your Shopback account and click the “Cash Back
Summary” which will show the pending, redeemable, bonus, paid - out and total
Cash Backs earned.
How to redeem your bonus and earned Cash Back:
a. Click the “Cash Back Summary” Tab.
b. Click the “Redeemable” Tab and hit “Request Payout”
6. The Cash Back will be credited to your Shopback account within 48 hours after purchase and will be redeemable within 60 days of purchase after merchant verification is complete. ShopBack reserves the right to cancel fraudulent accounts.
7. Cardholder may only cash out upon earning a minimum of P300 redeemable Cash Back, not inclusive of the P150 sign-up bonus and P100 first valid purchase bonus.
8. Cash Back will be deposited to the cardholder's registered bank account or PayPal account within 14 banking days after the redemption request. All charges involving the transfer of Cash Back to the cardholder's nominated PayPal account shall be shouldered by ShopBack.ph.
9. For missing Cash Back, cardholders must call the ShopBack hotline directly at (+632) 759-1421 from Mondays to Fridays between 9AM – 7PM or fill out the form via https://www.shopback.ph/account/missingcashback anytime or forward email at tohelp@shopback.ph. 10. The warranty of the products and the quality of the services being offered under this promo shall be the responsibility of ShopBack.ph, subject to their terms and conditions. PNB shall serve only as a mode of payment for this program.
11. The promo cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promo and discounts.
12. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
