| Program Mechanics: 1. The program is open to all active PNB Cardholders of the following cards: a. Core Cards (Essentials and Platinum) b. UnionPay (Diamond UnionPay) c. Co-branded Cards (Alturas, AIM, Jewelmer, AAXS, DLSZAA, ADZU, ICAAA, The Travel Club) 2. Promo period is from March 1 to 31, 2019. 3. All qualified transactions made during the promo period shall earn 1 cash credit for every 2 points*. 4. Qualified purchases are those made from restaurants/ stores such as eating places, restaurants, cocktail lounges, discotheques, nightclubs, taverns, fast food restaurants, and bakeries). No minimum purchase required. 5. The earned points of the supplementary cardholder are pooled under the account of the principal cardholder. 6. Redemption of points is until May 31, 2019. All unredeemed points will be transferred to regular bucket after redemption period. 7. Awarded cash credits will be reversed should the qualifying transaction be cancelled or voided for whatever reason (e.g. cancelled transactions due to fraud/ identity theft, etc.) 8. Cash credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items. 9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB. All decisions made pertaining to the promo, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final. 10.
