| Promo Mechanics: 1. A minimum purchase of P3,000 using your PNB MasterCard at SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket and Savemore Market from July 15 to September 30, 2014, entitles you to one (1) raffle coupon for a chance to be one (1) of One Hundred Fifty (150) winners of a shopping spree worthP20,000. 2. To redeem your raffle coupon, present the following for validation at the redemption counter located at the same branch of SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket or Savemore Market where the transaction was made. Valid transaction slip/charge slip must be: • Showing a minimum purchase of P3,000 within the Promotion Period from July 15 to September 30, 2014 using any MasterCard card issued in the Philippines. • Original customer copy (duplicate/merchant/bank copy will not be accepted) • Electronically authorized transaction slip/charge slip 3. Upon validation by the redemption clerk, claim your corresponding raffle coupon/s and write your name, address, contact number and signature. 4. Drop your entries in the dropbox located beside the redemption booth. 5. Winners will be notified by registered mail. List of winners will also be posted in the SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket or Savemore Market store and through a print ad. 9. To claim the prize, winner must present the following at the Customer Service at the SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket or Savemore Market branch where valid purchase was made during store hours : • One (1) valid ID • Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail • MasterCard card • Winning coupon 10. An authorized representative may also claim prize on behalf of the winner provided that he/she presents the following : • Representative’s ID • Winner’s valid ID • Winning coupon • Signed authorization letter 11. Prizes are not convertible to cash. 12. Winners with one companion will be given one minute shopping spree worth P20,000. 13. Prize shall consist of a maximum of P20,000 worth of SM Supermarket products. The winner has an option to pay the amount or return item/s in excess of P20,000. 14. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days of notification will be reported to DTI and upon approval of DTI, shall be forfeited in favor of the SM Food Group. 15. SM Food Group, its affiliates, respective offices and employees, MasterCard Philippines and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promotion.
