| Promo Mechanics: 1. This promo is open to all active PNB-issued credit cards in good credit standing except UnionPay, Corporate and Distribution Cards. 2. Promo runs from August 15, 2015 to November 15, 2015. 3. Cardholders are entitled to a 10% discount when they buy at least two (2) cinema tickets at Gateway and Ali Mall Cineplexes using their PNB Credit Card. 4. Cardholders may purchase up to four (4) tickets per movie. Maximum of two (2) movies per day. 5. Cardholders must inform the merchant that they will avail of the PNB promo prior to purchase/payment. 6. Participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions set by PNB and by the participating merchants. 8. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted/exchanged for cash or other items. 9. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts. 10. The warranty of the products and the quality of the services being offered under this promo shall be the responsibility of partner merchants, subject to their terms and conditions. PNB shall serve only as a mode of payment for this program. 11. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and partner merchants. All decisions made by both parties pertaining to the promo, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 12.
