Promo Mechanics:

1. This promo is open to new-to-bank principal credit card applicants whose applications* will be received by PNB Cards and will be subsequently approved for a PNB Platinum Mastercard, PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Platinum Mastercard, or PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Mastercard within the promo period. Existing PNB credit cardholders and persons with any closed/cancelled PNB Credit Card(s) within the last 6 months are not qualified for this promo.

2. Promo period is from November 25, 2022 to February 28, 2023. Promo is extended until April 30, 2023 as approved by DTI-FTEB.

3. Cardholders will earn as much as two (2) raffle entries for every single-receipt transaction amounting to at least PHP 3,500 or USD 70 made until May 31, 2023. Below are the types of qualified spend to earn raffle entries:

4. Qualified spend/transactions of the principal cardholders and their supplementary cardholders are as follows: 

• All posted retail transactions
• All posted cash advance and bills payment transactions

5. The following transactions are excluded from the promo: 

• Gambling Transactions
• Credit Card Fees & Charges
• Reversed/disputed transactions
• Installment transactions

6. A cardholder may only win once.

7. 3 lucky winners each of a brand-new Mercedes-Benz GLA 200 AMG Line car (the “Car Prize”) and 15 consolation prize winners of cash credits amounting to PHP 5,000 (the “Cash Credits Prize”) will be drawn online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams on June 13, 2023, in the presence of a representative from Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

8. Winners will be notified of the Prize through their mobile number (SMS), email address (email) and billing address (registered mail) registered with PNB. PNB will announce the names of the lucky winners on PNB’s websites and social media platforms.

9. Car Prize Winners must claim their prize with PNB by presenting the following requirements:

• PNB’s notification of winning the raffle promo
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) ID
• 1 other signature-bearing government-issued ID
• Payment of the 10% Prize Tax
• PNB Platinum Mastercard, PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Platinum Mastercard, or PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Mastercard
• Additional requirements for representatives claiming the prize on behalf of the winners:

? Notarized Special Power of Attorney
? 2 signature-bearing government-issued ID of the representative
? Photocopy of the front face of the card (PNB Platinum Mastercard, PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Platinum Mastercard, or PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Mastercard) - instead of the physical card

10. Claiming of the Car Prizes is until 60 calendar days upon receipt of the registered mail from PNB. Prizes not claimed beyond the said period will be forfeited in favor of PNB, with prior approval of DTI.

11. The 20% Car Prize tax shall be shouldered and shared equally by PNB (10%) and the winner (10%). However, other costs that may be applicable to the prize such as but not limited to, car registration, insurance, shipping, storage fee, transfer fee, and other related expenses, shall be for the account of the winners.

12. The Car Prize shall only be released upon payment of the winner’s share in the Car Prize tax and submission of the requirements.

13. Cash Credits prizes will be credited to the winner’s respective credit card accounts.
14. This promotion will not apply in conjunction with any other existing bank promotions.

16. Standard processing of new to bank application is from 10 to 15 banking days upon receipt of application with complete requirements.

17. Cardholder must maintain his/her newly approved PNB Platinum Mastercard, PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Platinum Mastercard, or PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Mastercard for at least 1 year in active and current status after receiving the Car Prize or the Cash Credits Prize. PNB may at its discretion charge qualified cardholder’s account the amount equivalent to the cost of the Car Prize or the Cash Credits Prize if account is cancelled within 1 year from the raffle draw.

18. Applications are subject to credit verification and evaluation, and Credit Card Terms and Conditions. PNB reserves the right to decline, terminate, or cancel an application and its eligibility to the promo. PNB may or may not disclose the reason for rejection of an application.

19. In case of dispute on Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo, or questions on redemption, PNB’s decision shall prevailwith the concurrence of DTI.

20. All questions or disputes regarding the car shall be resolved/handled by the car manufacturer or dealer.

21. The Car Prize cannot be changed to a different car brand or model. The color of the car is subject to availability and shall be at the discretion of PNB. Furthermore, all prizes are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.

22. Employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, of PNB are disqualified from joining this raffle promo.

23. The Terms & Conditions Governing Issuance and Use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part thereof.

24. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions governing the offer are subject to DTI approval.
