Program Mechanics I. Qualification: The promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders. II. Promo Offer and Promo Period: 1. Promo runs from December 1, 2023 to June 15, 2024. 2. PNB Cardholders are entitled to get 10% discount on all repair and restoration services. III. How to Avail Discount: 1. Promo can be availed in all Doctor Leather PH branches. 2. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount to his/her PNB card in a single-receipt transaction. IV. Terms and Condition: 1. Offers are not convertible to cash. 2. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. 3. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 4. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. 5.
