4. Paper Moon voucher has no expiration and is usable at any branch of Paper Moon Cake Boutique and Cafe. No change shall be given if voucher is not used in full. The voucher must be presented upon ordering. Lost or stolen vouchers shall not be replaced.

5. Cardholder must charge the total bill to his / her PNB Credit Card.

6. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items.

7. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with another promo and other discounts.

8. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and partner merchants. All decisions made by both parties pertaining to the promo, in concurrence with the DTI , will be deemed final.

9. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
