Program Mechanics:
I. Qualification:
1. This promo is open to all active PNB Cardholders.
II. Promo Period and Discount:
1. Promo period is from July 8 – 12, 2020.
2. Cardholders are entitled to the following when they use their PNB Card:
• Additional 5% discount during the MAV Great Annual Sale
III. How to Avail of Discount:
1. Cardholder must charge the entire bill to his/her PNB Card in order to avail of the promo. Cardholder must inform merchant he/she will avail of the PNB Cards promo.
IV. Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounteditems and fixed price items.
2. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
3. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
4. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
