II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. Promo runs from May 15, 2023 to April 30, 2024.

2. Stay Period from May 15, 2023 to May 30, 2024.

3. Cardholders are entitled to get the following offers:

• 70% OFF on rooms and accommodation based on Best Available Rate for Superior and Deluxe Room at SureStay Plus Hotel.

Other special inclusions apply for Deluxe and Superior Room:

• 5% OFF on food and beverages in a single receipt of transaction amount from Php1,000 to Php2,999.
• 10% OFF on food and beverages for a min. spend of Php3,000. Maximum discount of Php400 or equivalent to maximum spend of Php4,000 will apply.
• Daily Set/Plate Breakfast for 1 to 2 persons.

V. Terms and Conditions:

1. Blackout dates will apply on December 16, 2023 to January 09, 2024.

2. Online payment can be accommodated via payment link sent by the hotel.

3. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.

4. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

5. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
