Promo Mechanics:
I. Qualification:
1. This promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards.
II. Promo Period and Discount:
1. Promo is valid from June 15, 2018 to July 31, 2018 only. Travel period is from June 15, 2018 to October 31, 2018.
2. Cardholders are entitled to up to 66% discount on accommodations when they book at http://www.asiatravel.com/cards/pnb/ using their PNB Credit Card. Black-out dates apply.
III. How to avail of discount:
1. Log on to http://www.asiatravel.com/cards/pnb/ then click “Hot Deals” and then click the PNB Tactical Promo Banner.
2. Choose preferred product then choose and click “Book Online” or “Book via Email”.
Book Online:
• Choose the room type and input the date of stay in the Room Rates and
Availability page, then click “Book”.
• Cardholder will be directed to the Reservation Page where he/she should
input his booking details and contact number.
• Upon, checkout, cardholder must pay using any of the qualified PNB Credit Cards.
• Once payment is successful, a voucher will be sent to the cardholder’s
registered email as confirmation, which confirmation must be presented upon check-in.
Book via Email:
• Cardholder will be directed to the Booking Form and must fill-up this up with
complete details of booking request. Once done, click the Submit button on
the bottom part of the form.
• Asiatravel.com Reservation Officer – In Charge (ROIC) will then receive the
booking through email and check the product availability for the guest.
• ROIC will get back to PNB Cardholder within 24hrs about the status of the booking.
• ROIC will then send a preliminary confirmation (Credit Card Payment Form) which
includes details of the reservation. Cardholder must accomplish the needed
details for payment.
• PNB Cardholder shall send back the following to Asiatravel.com via fax or email
on or before the option date given:
1. Filled out and signed form (Credit Card Payment Form)
2. Copy of the passport or any valid ID
3. Photocopy of the back of the credit card to be used for the payment
(CVV must be covered up)
• Once payment is successful, a voucher will be sent to the cardholder’s registered
email as confirmation. Cardholder must present the voucher upon check-in.

V. Terms and Conditions:
1. Rates are in Philippine Peso (PHP).
2. Rates are per room per night good for 2 persons.
3. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. Prepayment basis using a Philippines Issued PNB Credit Card is required to avail above special rates. Exclusive for PNB Straight, not open for 0% installment.
5. Promo is "Book and Buy" (Cancellation and Amendment is not allowed)
6. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with another promo.
7. Valid only through booking with Asiatravel.com
