Promo Mechanics I. Qualification: The promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders. Business, Corporate, and PersonalInstallment Cards are excluded from this promotion. II. Promo Period and Discount: 1. Promo period is from April 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Stay period is until January 10, 2025. 2. Cardholders are entitled to get the following offers when they use their PNB Credit, Debit, or PrepaidCard: • 20% OFF on room accommodations • 10% OFF on F&B • 5% OFF on water activities III. How to Avail of Discount: 1. Cardholder must call / email hotel for reservation. 2. To confirm booking, cardholder must: a. Accomplish the Privacy Notice sent by the resort/hotel representative. Send the accomplishedform together with a copy of their government-issued ID. b. Make a non-refundable downpayment of 30% of the total accommodation fee. Downpaymentmay be paid via any of the resort / hotel’s online payment channels. This will be deducted fromthe total cost of the accommodation. c. Pay the remaining amount using his/her PNB Card upon check-in at the resort/hotel. d. For Infinity Diving Resort and Residences, pending installation of POS terminal, CH may pay incash. CH may only avail of the discount if they use their PNB Debit Card to pay (DP or pay in full)using our PNB Digital App. Proof of transaction must be sent via email to resort/hotelrepresentative. IV. Terms and Conditions: 1. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, andcannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed priceitems, unless otherwise stated. 2. Black-out dates apply. 3. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail ofthe promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010,whichever is higher. 4. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant inconcurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 5.
