| Promo Mechanics: 1. Promo is open to all active PNB cardholders in good credit standing (Corporate and Distribution cards). 2. Promo period is from May 15 to December 31, 2014 3. Cardholder must use his/her PNB Credit Card to avail of the discounts. 4. Cardholders are entitled of the following discounts: The Bellevue Manila : 50% discount from published room rates The Bellevue Manila: 10% discount at Café d’ Asie, Vue Bar, Phoenix Court, Poolside B Hotel: 50% discount from published room rates The Bellevue Resort: 50% off from published room rates 5. Advanced reservation is required to guarantee availability of rooms and tables. For reservations and other inquiries, cardholder must directly (632) 771 8181. 6. Standard cancellation policies and booking conditions shall apply. 7. Reservation and stay dates should be within the promo period 8. Discounts and special packages are available for phone reservations and walk-ins only. Promo is not applicable for on-line bookings. 9. Promo offers or discounts are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash or gift certificate and other items. 10. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers such as but not limited to senior citizen discount, privilege or VIP cards. 11. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and partner merchants. All decisions made by both parties pertaining to the promo in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 12.
