PROMO MECHANICS:
1. This promotion runs from April 27, 2016 until July 26, 2016 and is open to all customers of participating stores in Central Square, Bonifacio High Street, and BHS Central.
2. Every single-receipt purchase using their PNB MasterCard credit card that reach a required minimum amount entitles the customer to join the 3-tiered raffle.
a. For a minimum SINGLE-RECEIPT purchase of Php3,000, customer is entitled to one (1) raffle ticket for a HOTEL STAY (Tier 1)
b. For a minimum SINGLE-RECEIPT purchase of Php8,000, customer is entitled to one (1) raffle ticket for a RESORT GETAWAY (Tier 2)
c. For a minimum SINGLE-RECEIPT purchase of Php15,000, customer is entitled to one (1) raffle ticket for a SINGAPORE EXPEDITION (Tier 3)
3. Customers have the option to choose which raffle tier they wish to join, or can opt to “split” the receipt among different tiers, as long as the minimum required amount is met (for example, with a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php20,000, the customer can choose to receive six Tier 1 tickets, or two Tier 2 and one Tier 1 ticket, or one Tier 3 ticket and one Tier 1 ticket).
4. To join, customers must present their qualified receipt/s to the Central Square Concierge at the Lower Ground floor of Central Square for validation and redemption of raffle tickets. Once validated, customer will be asked which tier/s they want to join.
5. The Central Square Concierge Representative will stamp each receipt to indicate that it has been used for the promo. Before releasing the raffle tickets to the customer, the Central Square Representative will take note of the following details:
a. Receipt Number
b. Raffle Coupon Control Number/s
c. Quantity of coupons redeemed
d. Date redeemed
6. Customers must fill-out their coupons completely with the following information:
a. Name
b. Address
c. Contact Numbers
d. Email address
e. Affix Signature
7. Once filled, raffle tickets must be dropped in the correct drop box tier located beside the Concierge on or before the end of the promo period. In case a raffle ticket was dropped in the wrong dropbox, the ticket will be disqualified.
8. Deadline for submission of all raffle tickets is July 26, 2016 prior to store closure. Late entries will not be accepted.
9. The Grand Raffle draw will be held on August 10, 2016 at 3:00PM at the Central Square office in the presence of Central Square, SSI Group, and DTI representatives.
10. A total of 16 winners will be drawn (12 winners for Tier 1, 3 winners for Tier 2, and 1 winner for Tier 3). See prize list below.

11. A customer can win only once. If a name is drawn more than once, s/he receives the higher prize and the lower prize will be drawn again.
12. Winners will be informed via registered mail on how to claim their prizes. The names of the winners will also be posted inside Central Square.
13. The prizes may be claimed at the Central Square main office within sixty day (60) from the date of receipt of notification.
14. The winners must present the following in order to claim their prize:
a. One (1) valid ID with picture
b. Registered mail
c. The winning raffle stub (as stated in the registered mail)
15. Travel documents, taxes, and other travel-related expenses shall be shouldered by the customer. 20% tax on prizes exceeding 10k shall be shouldered by the client.
16. Hotel Stay and Resort Getaway prizes must be availed within one (1) year from date of claim. Singapore Expedition is valid within six (6) months from date of claim.
17. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. Failure to claim prizes within the specified period will mean the automatic forfeiture of the prize in favor of SSI Group with the prior approval of DTI.
18. All decisions made by the participating companies, with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
19. The owners, management, and employees of SSI Group and their advertising agencies, spouses, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promotion.
