Promo Mechanics:

1. For a minimum single-receipt installment purchase of Php5,000 using a PNB Credit Card at any The SM Store branch gives PNB cardholder a chance to win P2,000 SM Gift Pass instantly. This promo only applies to in-store transactions.

2. There will be a total of 50 winners nationwide for PNB Credit Cards.

3. Promo will run from May 5 to June 5, 2022.

4. Redemption of prizes will be from May 5 to August 4, 2022.

5. Upon completing the installment transaction of P5,000 using a PNB Credit Card at The SM Store, the transaction receipt will generate the following coupon indicating whether or not the customer wins an instant prize.

6. Prize is non-convertible to cash. 

7. How to claim the prize:

• Winner must present the following documents at the Customer Service Counter of The SM Store where the transaction was made. Branch Marketing Manager or Customer Service Manager must verify the winning transaction prior to awarding of prizes to the cardholder:

- Original Winning Transaction Receipt
- Original Winning charge slip
- Original Winning Stub
- Winning Credit Card
- Valid ID

8. Winner must surrender and sign the original winning stub.

9. The transaction receipt and winning charge slip should be marked/stamped “CLAIMED” upon release of the prize.

10. Cardholder can only claim his/her prize at the same branch of The SM Store where transaction was made.

11. The SM Store will not replace lost or damaged prizes caused by the winner (cardholder).

12. The SM Store and PNB Credit Card reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and

 other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.

13. Employees of The SM Store and its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.

Zero % Affordable Payment Plan (ZAPP) Terms and Conditions

1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary PNB issued cards in good credit standing, excluding Corporate Cards.

2. Promo period is from May 5 to June 5, 2022.

3. Minimum installment transaction is P5,000.

4. Participating merchant have the sole discretion on the term/s and item/s or service/s applicable for the 0% installment offering.

5. 0% interest is subject to bank approval and valid if the total amount due is paid in full.

6. All 0% installment transactions posted in the Cardholder’s account shall earn Rewards Points/Miles. Points/Miles will be reflected in the SOA upon posting of the monthly amortization.

7. The monthly installment amount shall be posted as a regular transaction on the credit card account and shall form part of the total amount due. Should the cardholder choose to pay only a portion of the total amount due, but not less than the minimum amount due, the monthly installment shall be subject to the regular finance charges.

8. Cardholder may request to charge the full amount of the remaining unbilled amortization subject to PNB’s approval. A processing fee of 5% of the total unpaid installment principal amount or Php 500, whichever is higher, shall be charged to the cardholder’s account. The unpaid total installment principal amount plus interest and applicable fees will form part of the outstanding balance and subject to monthly finance charge.

9. Failure to pay any two (2) consecutive minimum amount dues shall constitute default and the total outstanding balance shall immediately become due and demandable.

10. Cardholder acknowledges his/her liability to PNB for the installment purchases and will form part of the cardholder’s obligation to PNB.

11. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

12. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof.

13. In case of dispute, PNB has the final decision upon approval of DTI.
